Bridging diferent ethnic and racial groups in such a way that individuals and society benefit from greater understanding, connection and unity. Curriculum developed from his teaching of Diversity Studies at Arrowsmith Academy, will be used to increase awareness of all kinds of diversity. Documentaries such as Color of Fear by Ben Wa and A Class Divided about the experiments with using eye color to demonstrate prejudice in classrooms, will be used.
